This Privacy Policy explains how S Direct Hub (sdirecthub.com) processes personal data when you use our website, create an account, place orders, or contact us. It reflects the technologies and data flows currently implemented in the project.

2. Data we process
Depending on how you use the site, we may process:
- Account data — name, email address and profile preferences when you register and sign in (stored via Nhost Authentication).
- Order and checkout data — contact details, delivery address, order contents, totals and order status when you purchase through S Direct Hub.
- Address book data — delivery addresses you save in your account.
- Business enquiry data — company name, contact name, email, phone, country and message details submitted through Business Orders.
- Cart data — products and quantities you add to your cart (stored in your browser and, when signed in, associated with your account via our backend).
- Reviews and returns — information you submit when leaving a product review or requesting a return, where those features are available.
- Technical data — session identifiers and delivery-country preference needed to operate the site securely and show correct pricing.
We do not currently operate advertising pixels, third-party analytics dashboards, or marketing automation platforms on sdirecthub.com based on the site's implemented code.
3. How we use data
- Provide and secure your account and session.
- Process orders, payments (where handled on our site), delivery and customer support.
- Display catalog and pricing for your selected delivery country.
- Respond to contact and business enquiries.
- Maintain shop settings, fraud prevention and service reliability.
- Comply with legal obligations.
4. Storage and processors
Account, catalog, order and related shop data are stored in our Nhost backend (database and authentication services). Product images are stored in Nhost Storage. Data is processed to run the storefront you interact with on sdirecthub.com.
Hosting for the public website is provided through our deployment platform (Vercel). Those providers process technical connection data as part of delivering the site.
5. Cookies and browser storage
We use essential cookies and browser storage as described in our Cookie Policy, including authentication session cookies, a delivery-country preference cookie, and local storage for cart and language/country selection.
6. Affiliate and external partners
When you follow an affiliate or external partner link from S Direct Hub, you leave our website. External merchants and affiliate networks may collect their own data and set their own cookies or similar technologies under their privacy policies. S Direct Hub does not control those practices.
S Direct Hub may earn a commission when users purchase products through selected partner links, at no additional cost to the customer.
7. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, handle orders and enquiries, meet legal/accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account subject to legal retention obligations.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location (including UK GDPR and EU GDPR where applicable), you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
