S Direct Hub operates an online marketplace and referral platform. We present products from suppliers and partners across multiple categories. The applicable fulfilment model for each product is shown on the relevant product or checkout journey.

A) Direct / supplier fulfilment

For certain products, you place an order through S Direct Hub. Order acceptance, payment processing (where applicable on our site), and customer communication may be handled by S Direct Hub, while fulfilment, dispatch and/or delivery may be performed by the relevant supplier or partner according to the terms, lead times, delivery options and pricing shown for that product at the time of order.

Supplier-specific delivery, returns and warranty information displayed on the product page or at checkout forms part of the purchase terms for that item.

B) Affiliate / external partner

For certain brands and products, S Direct Hub acts as a referral or affiliate platform. You may be redirected to the official website of an external partner or merchant. In that case:

• The purchase contract is between you and the external merchant, not S Direct Hub.
• Payment, delivery, returns, warranty and customer service for that transaction are provided by the external merchant under their terms and policies.
• Product availability, pricing and promotional offers on the external site may differ from information shown on S Direct Hub.
• S Direct Hub is not responsible for the external merchant's fulfilment, product quality or post-sale support unless we explicitly state otherwise for a specific offer.

S Direct Hub may receive a commission for qualifying purchases made through selected partner links, at no additional cost to you. See the Affiliate disclosure section below.

S Direct Hub may earn a commission when users purchase products through selected partner links, at no additional cost to the customer.

Affiliate links may be identified on product pages or before you leave our site for an external merchant. Commissions do not affect the price you pay on the partner site unless the partner chooses to reflect that in their pricing.

Product names, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Listing a brand or product on S Direct Hub does not mean we are an official partner, authorised reseller, authorised distributor or otherwise formally affiliated with that brand, unless that status is explicitly stated on the relevant product or brand page.

We aim to keep catalog information accurate but do not guarantee that descriptions, specifications, images or stock indicators are error-free. Final terms shown at checkout or on the external partner site prevail for a specific purchase.

You may need an account to checkout or manage orders on S Direct Hub. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or applicable law.

Prices are shown in the currency associated with your selected delivery country. Taxes and delivery charges (where applicable) are confirmed during checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse or cancel orders affected by manifest errors, subject to applicable consumer law.

Payment methods available at checkout may change over time. Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Returns and refunds for direct orders are handled according to our Returns policy and any product-specific terms. For affiliate / external partner purchases, returns must be arranged directly with the external merchant.

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or overload our systems, or use the site for unlawful purposes. Business enquiries submitted through the site must be accurate and made in good faith.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, S Direct Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or from transactions completed on external partner websites. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page. Material changes may also be highlighted on the site where appropriate.
